How a visit works
- Book online. Pick your machine and a time. You’ll see the flat service-call price before you confirm. It’s not an hourly rate, and you can also check the price sheet.
- I come to your home. I diagnose the machine where it sits, whether it’s in a spare room or the garage.
- Most repairs are done on the first visit. If a part has to be ordered, I come back to install it, and that trip costs less than the first.
How to get ready
It helps to have your model number handy, usually on a sticker near the front of the frame or by the power switch. A short note or video of what the machine is doing helps too. Clear a little room around the treadmill so I can get to the motor cover and rollers, and leave it where it is. There’s no need to move it.
